Well if there is a week for sport this is it….
We got loads of Six Nations Rugby this weekend,
Football all week, great bands lines up.
Patrick’s day around the corner (17^th March).

So where to begin?
Let’s start with wishing all the ladies a very happy
International Ladies day.
Monday after 5pm till 6:30pm we are offering you
wonderful women a free rose, and 1€ off your drinks.
On the condition, you must say to Jon Boy behind the bar.
“Did you know it’s woman’s day…?

Tuesday- Dave & Mikey will look after you all, @ 9:45pm
Arsenal match is on.
Wednesday- Yep Live Music @ 9:30pm Mr. Bryn Jones

Thirsty Thursday- 7pm till 11pm El Cheapo Cocktails
Dj spinning from 9:30pm

Friday and Saturday Dj’s both nights, warning!!! If you hate Rugby
I suggest another bar for this Saturday unless you come after 11pm.

	March 2010 Wednesday 10th Mr Bryn Jones- Wales @ 9:30pm Wednesday 17th Brand New Classics-Finland @ 9:30pm Elias from X Factor- looks like he will go all they way. Sunday nights 8pm MTV 3 Wednesday 24th Juanma Draven- Spain @ 9:30pm Wednesday 31st- TBC

If there is a huge game on the TV, we will hold the band off starting normal starting times. RTFO

The 25th of April is Australia’s most important national occasion. The day marks the anniversary of the first time Australian and New Zealand forces fought in military action during World War I. ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The soldiers in these forces shortly afterward became known as ANZACs, and the name continues to bring pride to each member who puts on the uniform.

And on this day we raise our glasses and say cheers to the men who fought for us! “Lest we Forget”

How good is it to be Australian…
Being Australian is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, and then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV.

Only in Australia… can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance.
Only in Australia… do supermarkets make sick people walk all the way to the back of the shop to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.
Only in Australia… do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries and a DIET coke.
Only in Australia… do banks leave both doors open and chain the pens to the counters.
Only in Australia… do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars on the drive and lock our junk and cheap lawn mower in the garage.
Only in Australia… do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won’t miss a call from someone we didn’t want to talk to in the first place.
Only in Australia… are there disabled parking places in front of a skating rink.

NOT TO MENTION…
3 Aussies die each year testing if a 9v battery works on their tongue
142 Aussies were injured in 1999 by not removing all pins from new shirts
58 Aussies are injured each year by using sharp knives instead of screwdrivers
31 Aussies have died since 1996 by watering their Christmas tree
while the fairy lights were plugged in
8 Aussies had serious burns in 2000 trying on a new jumper
with a lit cigarette in their mouth
A massive 543 Aussies were admitted to Emergency in the last two years
after opening bottles of beer with their teeth
AND FINALLY……..
In 2000 eight Aussies cracked their skull whilst throwing up into the toilet

We’ll be having all sorts of events, from live sports broadcasts on our big screens, to bands and dancing.

Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays are great days to come and chill, have a chat with the staff, with a great atmosphere. then there’s a chance to liven things up if the mood is right.

Welcome to our two new lovely bar chicks Danny & Leeh, make sure your nice to them.

Sundays	Lazy Sundays, Normally the staff will be happy to have a yak with ya, and play some groovy tunes. Great day for a cold Snake bite.
Mondays Tuesday	Summer almost here! Our two terraces are open and Sun on it everyday, we are getting a roof put over in a few weeks in case it’s raining, with heating of course.
Wednesdays	Live Music!!! from 9:30 every week….
Thursdays	Cocktail Night with cocktail specials from 7:30 to 11pm. With DJ’s from 9:30pm We are sure we make the BEST Mojito’s in all of Helsinki – come and be the judge!
Fridays & Saturdays	DJ’s pumping out funky beats from rock to pop 9.30pm till 3am. Every weekend just gets bigger and better!! Don’t be late! Start and end your weekend at the Aussie!!!
